30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, products must:
Be unused and in their original condition
Be free from damage caused after delivery
Be returned with the original packaging
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was shipped.
A 5% restocking fee may be deducted from the refund amount to cover inspection, handling, and processing costs.


Returns requested or received after the 30-day return period may be denied.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive an incorrect item, you must notify JeraGoods within 7 calendar days of the delivery date by emailing support@jeragoods.com.


To allow us to investigate the issue and file a claim with the shipping carrier when applicable, your claim must include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs of the damaged product
Clear photographs of the original shipping box, all packaging materials, and the shipping label
Please retain the damaged item and all original packaging until your claim has been fully reviewed and resolved.
Claims submitted without sufficient documentation, or claims reported after the 7-day inspection period, may be denied.
Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, improper handling, accidental damage, improper installation, environmental exposure, modifications, or any damage occurring after delivery is not covered under this policy.


Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, JeraGoods will notify you regarding the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment, less any applicable restocking fees. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before they enter production, processing, or shipment.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process.
Natural Wood Characteristics
JeraGoods products are made from genuine hardwood. Because wood is a natural material, each piece is unique and may contain natural variations in grain pattern, color, texture, mineral streaks, knots, and other characteristics.
These natural variations are expected, are not considered defects, and are part of the natural beauty and individuality of real wood.
